Normally for available stocks products, the delivery leadtime is about 7-14 working daysafter payment confirmation. For those indent basis products, the delivery leadtime is about 21-30 working days upon order confirmation.

Our delivery team will contact you via SMS within 3 days for delivery arrangement.

Currently weare doing online platform as our main sales channel, we have warehouse at 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road. But we are unable to provide DISPLAY set for viewing.So that we can offer you an ideal price.

All our goodsare provided FREE delivery and installation service. Unless the followingScenarios are chargeable:

· Condo/Apartmentunits: $15

· Non-liftaccessibility: $10 per item for every flight of stairs requiring manual delivery.

· Please ensure someone is around to receive the order at the stated delivery address. Anyunsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a re-delivery fee of $45.

· Item delivered and assembled is not eligible for refund/return (Note: 15 days return is adefault setting by Shopee and is not applicable to Vhive items)

Any changes ofconfirmed delivery date, kindly email contact@lulufurniture.sg at least 48 hours beforedelivery. Please provide your order number thatcan be found in the confirmation email sent to you.

Cancellation of order should be done via email to contact@lulufurniture.sg at least 48 hours before delivery.Please provide your order number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Cancellation is not allowed for customized items after confirmation of order.

We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before makingpayment. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture beingdamaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent orcracks, inform us immediately email to contact@lulufurniture.sg, You have the right to rejectthe merchandise upon delivery at no cost, except for clearance/1 SET OFFER/AS‐IS products.

All products qualify for a return except for the following:

·  Products with customisation options done which includes customised colors, cable holes and any dimensional or structural changes.

· Clearance/1 SETOFFER/AS-IS products

·  Products that are not in new and unopened condition

·  Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discoloured, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours

Request for returns should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Collection fees will be imposed and will be deducted from the full refund amount.

For return policy as per below:

1. The Buyer returns the furniture to our warehouse in good and original conditions

2. Should the Buyer require the Seller to collect the Good(s) on their behalf, an additional delivery fee of SGD160 will apply.

However, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the exchange if the Good(s) are not returned in good and original conditions.

What is not covered under this Warranty Scheme?

Products that are:

• Stored or assembled incorrectly
• Used inappropriately, abused, or misused
• Altered without authorization by Lulu Furniture
• Cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or products
• Damaged due to normal wear and tear
• Damaged due to any impacts or accidents
• Placed at outdoors or in humid environment
• Used for non-domestic purposes (unless stated otherwise)
• Bought as display sets
Transferred from buyer to another party
• Damaged due to pest infestations
• Not backed by valid sales order
• Exported out of Singapore
