Welcome to LuluFurniture.SG. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website and placing an order with Lulu Furniture, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Lulu Furniture reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on this website shall apply.

1. General

Lulu Furniture operates primarily as an online furniture store. Product information, descriptions, dimensions, colours, images, and specifications shown on this website are provided for general reference. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations may occur.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, incomplete information, operational limitations, or suspected misuse of the website or services.

2. Orders

Customers may place orders through LuluFurniture.SG by selecting the desired product(s), size and/or colour options where applicable, and completing checkout.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Lulu Furniture. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance where there are stock, operational, pricing, or fulfilment issues.

Certain products may be marked as customised, made-to-order, clearance, AS-IS, display set, or 1 SET OFFER items. These items may be subject to different cancellation, return, exchange, or warranty conditions.

3. Showroom and Viewing

Lulu Furniture does not operate a traditional showroom. A limited selection of items may be available for viewing at our warehouse, subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on LuluFurniture.SG are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Atome PayLater
  • Shop Pay

All available payment options will be shown during checkout. Instalment payments, where applicable, are subject to the provider’s approval and terms.

Lulu Furniture shall not be liable for failed or declined payments caused by incorrect payment information, card issuer restrictions, payment gateway issues, or third-party payment provider decisions. Orders will only be processed after successful payment verification.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery lead times are shown on the relevant product page and are provided as estimates only. Lead times may vary depending on stock availability, delivery zone, and operational factors.

At present, customers are unable to select a flexible delivery date or time slot directly at checkout. After an order is placed, our team will contact the customer within 3 days via WhatsApp or message to confirm the delivery schedule.

We deliver to most areas in Singapore, but certain restricted, inaccessible, offshore, or non-serviceable locations may be excluded from delivery coverage. Lulu Furniture reserves the right to reject or cancel delivery to such locations.

6. Delivery Changes and Rescheduling

If you need to change your delivery address, date, or time slot after placing an order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original delivery date, or 48 hours before your preferred new date, whichever is earlier.

All delivery change requests are subject to:

  • delivery schedule availability,
  • stock availability,
  • applicable lead times,
  • and Lulu Furniture’s approval.

Requests made less than 48 hours before the confirmed delivery may incur a S$20 rescheduling fee.

For postal or courier shipments, shipping details cannot be changed once the item has been shipped.

7. Delivery Charges and Surcharges

Additional delivery-related charges may apply.

7.1 Delivery Location Surcharge

A surcharge of S$40 per trip applies to selected locations, including:

  • Tuas
  • CBD
  • Sentosa
  • City Area
  • Shopping malls / mall addresses

7.2 Staircase / Non-Lift Access Charges

If the delivery or collection point is not lift-accessible, staircase charges apply.

Where applicable, non-lift accessible charges are:

  • S$10 per item, per non-lift-accessible storey

Charges may also apply to stairs within landed properties and HDB maisonettes.

7.3 After-Hours Timing Surcharge

For certain return or collection arrangements scheduled after 7:00 PM:

  • S$30 per trip

All applicable delivery, location, timing, and staircase surcharges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Access, Site Conditions, and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and that the premises are safely accessible for delivery.

Where an item cannot fit into the lift, our delivery team will assess whether stair delivery can be carried out safely and without damage or obstruction.

If stair delivery is deemed hazardous, unworkable, or unsafe due to narrow stairways, obstructions, risk of damage, or other site limitations, Lulu Furniture reserves the right to:

  • cancel the delivery,
  • reschedule the delivery,
  • refuse the delivery,
  • or apply additional charges where feasible.

Delivery will only proceed where our team determines that the carrying and installation conditions are safe and workable.

9. Order Combination

If a customer places multiple orders, Lulu Furniture may combine them into one delivery, subject to delivery schedule, stock availability, and operational feasibility.

Combined orders must generally be delivered under the same date and time slot unless otherwise arranged. Requests for combined delivery should be made at least 48 hours before the original delivery date.

10. Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, customers must contact Lulu Furniture with the order number at least 48 hours before the original delivery date.

Customised and made-to-order items are strictly non-cancellable.

Lulu Furniture reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that do not meet the relevant notice period or product eligibility criteria.

11. Returns and Refunds

All return requests are subject to inspection, approval, and these Terms & Conditions.

To request a return, customers should contact Lulu Furniture as soon as possible with:

  • the order number,
  • item(s) to be returned,
  • and photos/videos where applicable.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed after the returned item has been collected or received and verified to be in acceptable condition. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

11.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for return, the item must:

  • be unused,
  • be undamaged,
  • be in resalable condition,
  • and be returned in original condition with packaging fully intact.

Return or refund requests may be rejected where the item shows signs of:

  • use,
  • installation,
  • stains,
  • odours,
  • dents,
  • damage,
  • missing parts,
  • or incomplete / damaged packaging.

11.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • customised products
  • clearance products
  • 1 SET OFFER products
  • AS-IS products
  • products requiring on-site assembly
  • modular wardrobes
  • bedroom sets
  • products not in brand new and original condition
  • items removed from original packaging and used
  • products used for photography, videography, display, staging, or similar purposes

Lulu Furniture reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether an item is in a suitable condition for return.

12. Return Charges and Refund Calculation

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, based on the final paid price of the item.

Delivery, assembly, location surcharges, staircase charges, and other logistics-related costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are generally calculated as follows:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Product Price − Collection Fee − Assembly Fee (if applicable) − Restocking Fee

If applicable, staircase charges and location surcharges may apply again for the return collection trip.

13. Exchanges

To request an exchange, customers should email contact@lulufurniture.sg with:

  • order number,
  • item(s) to be exchanged,
  • preferred replacement item(s),
  • and photos of the item and packaging where possible.

Exchange requests are only accepted if the item:

  • is in brand new, unused condition,
  • has original packaging fully intact,
  • is requested within 14 days of delivery,
  • and meets Lulu Furniture’s return and exchange eligibility requirements.

A 15% return fee applies to each item collected back after delivery, including exchanges. Delivery and collection surcharges may also apply and are non-refundable.

14. Refund Processing Time

For approved returns, refunds are generally processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and verified.

For approved cancellations before shipment, refunds are generally processed within 3 working days after cancellation approval.

After processing, the refunded amount may take an additional 7 to 10 working days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.

If a discount, rebate, or promotion was applied to an order, refund amounts will reflect only the amount actually paid. If a return causes the remaining order value to fall below the qualifying threshold for a promotion, Lulu Furniture reserves the right to void the discount and recalculate the remaining payable amount accordingly.

15. Disposal Service

Lulu Furniture may provide disposal service for old furniture for a service fee, subject to eligibility and operational approval.

Disposal service is only available:

  • together with a Lulu Furniture delivery,
  • and where at least one new item is being delivered in the same trip.

Disposal cannot be booked as a standalone service.

Lulu Furniture reserves the right to reject disposal items deemed unsafe, unsuitable, prohibited, fixed to property, infested, hazardous, or otherwise non-compliant. If a disposal item is rejected on site, the disposal fee for that rejected item may be refunded.

16. Assembly

Most products come with free assembly where this is clearly stated on the product page.

Some products do not require assembly, and assembly service will not be provided for those items. Where assembly is chargeable, the applicable fee and arrangement will be stated on the relevant product page.

Most items are assembled or installed on-site by Lulu Furniture’s delivery team. If an item is delivered pre-assembled or requires only minimal setup, this will be stated in the product details.

17. Warranty

Warranty coverage applies only where expressly stated on the relevant product page or invoice.

Lulu Furniture’s warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to:

  • product structure / frame,
  • mechanisms,
  • hinges,
  • runners / slides,
  • and similar hardware fittings.

Warranty does not cover issues or damage arising from:

  • incorrect storage,
  • improper assembly or installation,
  • misuse or abuse,
  • unauthorised modification,
  • unsuitable cleaning methods,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • accidents or impact,
  • improper moving or relocation,
  • outdoor or humid environment use,
  • non-domestic or commercial use unless otherwise stated,
  • display set purchases,
  • transfer to another party,
  • pest infestation,
  • lack of proof of purchase,
  • or export outside Singapore.

Lulu Furniture reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of all warranty claims.

18. Privacy

Lulu Furniture may collect personal information when users visit the website, create an account, place an order, or use available features, services, or resources on the site.

Users may browse the website anonymously. Personal information is collected only when voluntarily provided. Choosing not to provide certain information may limit access to certain site functions or services, including account registration and order-related features.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lulu Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic loss arising out of or in connection with:

  • use of this website,
  • product availability,
  • delays in delivery,
  • delivery failure due to access conditions,
  • product misuse,
  • or any third-party service interruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Lulu Furniture’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected product or order.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
