Kindly note that our customised wardrobe is not built-in wardrobe. If the top of the wardrobe is close to the ceiling, please allow a small gap (at least 2 inches or 5cm) between the top of the wardrobe and the ceiling. This is a buffer required for installing the wardrobe. We don’t seal the small gap between the top of the wardrobe and the ceiling.

Care Instructions:

• Dust frequently with a lint-free cloth to remove abrasive build-up.
• Keep dry and wipe away spills quickly to prevent watermarks.
• Use coasters when placing hot objects on the surface.
• Avoid exposing the wardrobe to strong sunlight and heat. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the finish, while extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause cracking or splitting.
• Wipe with cleaners for velvet products using a clean, soft cloth. Professional cleaning is advised for stains.

Additional Information:

1. No refund is available for customised products. During delivery, we will be responsible for missing parts, wrong parts and issues affecting the normal function of the products. If shipping of the required parts is necessary, certain waiting time is required before we can resolve the issues.
2. Additional charge of $40 for delivery to Tuas, CBD, Sentosa, and City Area.
3. For non-lift units, an additional $10 per level will be charged.
4. Dismantle and disposal services are not provided.
