1. Unpack the box, and remove the mattress from the box.

2. Cut the outer bag along the seam with scissors carefully (make sure not to cut the clear plastic bag inside).

3. Roll out the compressed mattress on the floor.

4. Carefully cut open the clear plastic bag along the edges.

5. Stand away from the mattress, the mattress will instantly begin to decompress.

6. Remove the bag, the mattress can be used immediately.

7. But do allow 7 days for the mattress to expand to its proper shape
