Warranty and Delivery

• Included Services: Our pricing includes professional assembly and delivery, handled by Singapore's leading experts in bedframe setup.

• Delivery Charges:

  • $40 extra for deliveries to Tuas, CBD, Sentosa, and City Area.

  • $10 per floor fee for deliveries to non-lift-accessible units.

  • Weekend and public holiday deliveries incur a $30 surcharge.

  • Special requests for weekend and public holiday deliveries require an additional $30 OT fee.

Warranty:

• Benefit from a 12-month local warranty in Singapore for added assurance.

Important Information:

1. Kindly note that our customised product is not built-in product. If you intend to let 3 sides of the product be enclosed by walls, please allow a small gap (at least 1 inch or 2.5cm) between the product and the walls. This is a buffer required for installing the product. We don’t seal the small gap between the product and the wall.

2. No refund is available for customised products. During delivery, we will be responsible for missing parts, wrong parts and issues affecting the normal function of the products. If shipping of the required parts is necessary, certain waiting time is required before we can resolve the issues.

3. No dismantling or disposal services offered.

FAQ:

• Maintenance: Simple cleaning with a damp cloth is sufficient due to the low-maintenance nature of the solid MDF board.

• Avoid exposing your wood furniture to strong sunlight and heat outlets. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the finishing, while extreme temperature and humidity changes can cause cracking or splitting.

• Wipe with cleaners suitable for velvet products using a clean, soft cloth. Keep dry and wipe away spills quickly to prevent watermarks. Professional cleaning is advised for stains.
