The service provided and delivery timing were all great and good.

The only minus part are, some minor defects and need to clean the interior yourself after the drilling and fixing from them.

Normally for available stocks products, the delivery leadtime is about 7-14 working daysafter payment confirmation. For those indent basis products, the delivery leadtime is about 21-30 working days upon order confirmation.

All our goodsare provided FREE delivery and installation service. Unless the followingScenarios are chargeable:

· Condo/Apartmentunits: $15

· Non-liftaccessibility: $10 per item for every flight of stairs requiring manual delivery.

· Please ensure someone is around to receive the order at the stated delivery address. Anyunsuccessful delivery attempts will result in a re-delivery fee of $45.

All products qualify for a return except for the following:

·  Products with customization options done which includes customized colors, cable holes and any dimensional or structural changes.

· Clearance/1 SETOFFER/AS-IS products

·  Products that are not in new and unopened condition

·  Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours

Request for returns should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Collection fees will be imposed and will be deducted from the full refund amount.

Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange forour service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the productfor a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Sanyee Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.
