The delivery and installation was done by 2 guys who were careful in moving the parts of wardrobe so that won’t damage my newly painted walls and door. The sliding wardrobe was huge, deep and functional. Better than those built in wardrobe that always have shallow depth. The quality solid better than ikea. Thank you, lulu furniture Singapore team!

Good quality wardrobe for the price. There is a little flaw, but acceptable and not obvious. Only things are delivered slowly. The staff installed the cabinet quickly. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase, which is cheaper than buying from a store in Singapore.
Normally for available stocks products, the delivery leadtime is about 7-14 working daysafter payment confirmation. For those indent basis products, the delivery leadtime is about 21-30 working days upon order confirmation.

We advise our customers to inspect the furniture carefully for damages before makingpayment. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture beingdamaged during transportation. Should you detect any damage or defect e.g knocks, dent orcracks, inform us immediately email to email@example.com, You have the right to rejectthe merchandise upon delivery at no cost, except for clearance/1 SET OFFER/AS‐IS products.
All products qualify for a return except for the following:
· Products with customization options done which includes customized colors, cable holes and any dimensional or structural changes.
· Clearance/1 SETOFFER/AS-IS products
· Products that are not in new and unopened condition
· Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odours
Request for returns should be made to us within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Collection fees will be imposed and will be deducted from the full refund amount.
Our furniture comes with 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or misuse), unless otherwise stated. If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to misuse or wear and tear, take a picture of the problem and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange forour service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the productfor a identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Sanyee Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided on.
